Our musical instruments are personally and painstakingly sourced from reputable makers in China, to give our customers the assurance of quality.

Yes we ship our products internationally. Please contact us at enquiries@eason.com.sg for shipping rates or check our individual product pages. Item ships within 2-5 working days from day of purchase.

Total payment have to be completed in full before delivery
Total payment = Purchase amount + shipping fee + (optional insurance fees)
Buyers will be responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes and custom clearance fees.
9. Is there a return policy?
Yes there is. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be emailed to enquiries@eason.com.sg. Shipping is not refundable. All returned items must be sent through UPS, DHL or Fedex. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
