Shipping
Item will not ship until payment has been received in full. All delivery will be made to buyer's address provided in the eBay profile unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and duties. Shipping is by Singapore Post Office and takes an average of 9-17 days. Please contact us if you need a faster shipping option.

Insurance
Shipping insurance can be purchased at US$10. If anything does happen to your item in shipping we will find you a replacement. Please contact customer service within 2 business days after receipt of the merchandise so we can file a claim.

Total payment have to be completed in full before delivery
Total payment = Price of item + shipping fee
Buyers will be responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes and custom clearance fees.

Return Policy (For online customers only, not applicable for walk-ins)
All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be emailed to tansungwah@eason.com.sg.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be sent through UPS, DHL or Fedex. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Limited Warranty
To help protect your investment, Eason Enterprises offers 1 year limited warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
1. wear or breakage of bridges or strings, or other normal wear and tear of the instrument or its parts;
2. asserted defects caused by modification, misuse, or abuse, or improper maintenance of the instrument;
3. asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgements;
4. asserted defects caused by accident or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity that cause harm to the instruments;
5. defects asserted by any purchaser who did not purchase the instrument from Eason Enterprises Claims for replacement service shall be made by sending the instrument, shipping and insurance prepaid by the purchaser, to:

1. evidence confirming the original purchase by purchaser
2. a brief description of the nature of the asserted defect; and
3. the name, address and phone number of the original purchaser to whom the instrument is to be returned.

Eason Enterprises shall review the description of the asserted defect, examine the instrument, and arrange for replacements as appropriate under this Limited Warranty. The instrument shall be returned by Eason Enterprises to the original purchaser, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser. In the event it is determined that the asserted defect is not covered by or is excluded from this Limited Warranty, the instrument shall be returned without repairs or replacement, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser.
